01. Overview
LandlordPal ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-assisted property operations service that helps residential
landlords review contractor estimates, summarize leases, triage inspection reports, and coordinate property
communications via WhatsApp and Email. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you
visit landlordpal.ai or use our services.
02. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services to you:
- Account & Contact Information: Your name, email address, mobile phone number (for WhatsApp notifications), and rental property addresses.
- Property Documents: Contractor estimates, invoices, tax forms (such as W-9s), residential leases, inspection reports, and maintenance photos that you forward or upload to your LandlordPal workspace.
- Communications & Preferences: Messages and approvals you send via WhatsApp or email, correspondence with contractors or tenants that you ask LandlordPal to handle, and property rules or preferences you ask us to remember.
03. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve your LandlordPal experience:
- Reviewing contractor quotes for pricing, warranty terms, and scope completeness.
- Summarizing lease agreements, tracking key dates, and sending renewal reminders.
- Drafting and sending emails or notices only after you review and approve them.
- Sending you real-time task updates and approval prompts via WhatsApp and email.
04. Private & Isolated Workspaces
Your property data belongs to you:
- Strict Account Isolation: Your documents, communications, and preferences are stored in a dedicated, logically isolated workspace and are never accessible to other customers.
- No Public AI Training: We never sell your personal data, and we never use your private leases, contractor quotes, or financial records to train public AI models.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
05. WhatsApp & Email Messaging
We send WhatsApp notifications only to phone numbers you explicitly register with LandlordPal. You can pause
or stop mobile notifications at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp. When LandlordPal sends an
email to a contractor or third party on your behalf, your email address is copied (CC'd) so you have complete
visibility into the conversation.
06. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request a copy of your documents or ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated property records at any time by emailing info@landlordpal.ai. Verified deletion requests are completed within 14 days.
