By accessing landlordpal.ai or using LandlordPal via WhatsApp or Email, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

02. Description of Service

LandlordPal is an AI-powered operational assistant for residential landlords. It helps review contractor estimates, draft counter-offer emails, summarize residential leases, triage inspection reports, and prepare routine property notices via WhatsApp and Email.

03. Not Legal, Tax, or Real Estate Brokerage Advice

LandlordPal is not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed real estate broker, and does not provide legal or tax advice. All estimate reviews, lease summaries, local rule checks, and draft notices are provided for informational and operational convenience only. For legal disputes, evictions, or tax filings, you should consult a qualified attorney or certified public accountant in your jurisdiction.

04. Your Approval & Control

LandlordPal always asks for your confirmation before sending external messages to contractors, tenants, or property managers. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any counter-offer, repair scope, or tenant notice before instructing LandlordPal to send it.

05. Messaging Consent & Acceptable Use

By registering your phone number and email address with LandlordPal:

• You consent to receive 1-to-1 task updates and approval prompts via WhatsApp and Email. You may reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to pause mobile notifications.
• You confirm that you have permission to share the property documents and contact details you submit, and that you will not use LandlordPal to send unsolicited spam.
• You agree to comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws and local landlord-tenant regulations.

06. Ownership of Your Data

You retain full ownership of all leases, contractor estimates, and property records you submit to LandlordPal. LandlordPal retains all rights to its platform, software, and branding.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandlordPal is provided "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost rent, contractor performance issues, or regulatory penalties—arising from your use of the service.
